Flanged Gradual On/Off Valve with Stainless Steel Body&Gate
Wheel Handle and Rising Stem
Bolt these valves to flanges. They gradually open and close to prevent system damage from suddenly starting and stopping the flow.
Epoxy-coated cast iron valves are more corrosion resistant than plain cast iron or steel valves.
316 stainless steel valves have the best corrosion resistance.
Wheel handles open and closes with multiple turns, providing more controlled, shock-resistant flow than pull handles.
Rising stems lift as the valve opens and lower as the valve closes to provide a visual indication of whether the flow is on or off. The stem is isolated from the process media for a longer service life than valves with a non-rising stem.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

Step 2 We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Step 3 Customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Step 4 We arrange the production.
6.What are your terms of delivery?A: We accept EXW,FOB,CIF,etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient for you.
7.What's the package and how do you ship the goods?A: Usually is a wood pallet as your request. We usually ship by sea. Airline shipping is also optional.
8. How to deal with after-sales?A: Warranty time: 12 months from the shipment; and we will be responsible for all the quality problems. Quality control: High-quality mold./Raw materials control/Production process quality control/Final inspection/Water testing (no leaking).
9. What is the average lead time?A: For samples, the delivery time is about 2-5 days. For mass production, the lead time is about 15-60 days after receiving the deposit payment. we can provide a production schedule and related photos every two weeks. The lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sale. In all cases, we will try to accommodate our production plan to your needs.
